We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time so would recommend that they are reviewed regularly. All changes are effective as and when they are published on the website.

All trademarks, logos, images and content remain the property of notwohouses.com and/or its affiliates, licensors or suppliers. You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate or manipulate any of the content and/or images without our explicit consent unless for personal use.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

All information displayed on our site (verbal or written) is for guidance only and is provided in good faith and without warranty, every effort has been made to ensure all the product details, descriptions & prices are correct they are for guidance purposes only and are not binding. We make every effort to depict the true colour and design of each individual product, however the actual colours you will see can vary dependent upon your individual computer equipment and variances this may cause and as such we cannot guarantee that the goods on delivery will reflect the colour on your computer, we would highly recommend that all customers use our sampling service both for Wallpaper and Paint to check they are happy with the colours prior to placing any order. If that isn’t convenient please see details of how to arrange a return.

Any external links from this site are provided for your convenience, although we do our best to only link to reliable sources, should not be deemed as an endorsement for the products or services therewith. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage arising from the use of the information contained within this site or in any linked sites.

TERMS OF SALE

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order with No Two Houses you must be over 18 years of age, be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and possess a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us.

I) CONTRACT

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, this is just an acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute acceptance, a contract is formed once the goods that you have ordered have been shipped to you.

II) PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices that appear on the website are correct errors may occur, if we do make an error in price for any goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask you to either re-confirm the order at the correct price or allow you to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will obviously receive a full refund.

III) RETURNS

Returns of unopened and re-saleable items are accepted up to 30 days from the receipt of your goods, this EXCLUDES Wallpaper Samples and Bespoke Murals. We provide a free returns service for eligible products, if you wish to return by any other means then this must be arranged at your own expense. The goods will be deemed returned when received back into our distribution centre and we will refund your account normally within 14 days. Returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective, will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any monies. We will do so within a reasonable time period, usually 30 days, and will inform you of our decision.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on wallpaper samples, paint tester pots, Bespoke Murals, curtains, blinds and paint.

IV) DELIVERY

Whilst we endeavour to keep our delivery timescales as up to date as possible, there are occasions where delays may occur which are beyond our control. For this reason, please ensure that you have your products in your possession and inspected before booking a decorator. We would be unable to consider reimbursing any costs (such as a decorator for cancellation) in this situation.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may be offered to account holders from time to time and may only be used when purchasing through the account from which they were offered. Promotional discount codes may also be offered in respect of specific products or purchases we do however reserve the right to withdraw these codes without prior notice. Discount codes may not be combined with any other sale periods, coupons or discount codes and are generally only available on FULL PRICED goods. Discount codes MUST be entered at the time of purchase within the Basket or Checkout page and can never be applied retrospectively. Discount codes can be used one time only per customer unless otherwise stated.

In order to redeem the offer, simply use voucher code provided at checkout. Orders must have a minimum value of £25. The spend threshold excludes the cost of delivery and can only be used against full price rolls of wallpaper or wall art. Wallpaper samples, clearance product and paint are excluded from this promotion. This offer cannot be used with any other promotion or voucher code. The discount can only be used one time per customer.

FREE SAMPLE SIGN-UP OFFER

When you agree to sign-up for eamils you can obtain a code for free samples of Wallpaper and Paint only. To get the discount add the coupon code that is shown in your emails at the checkout stage. This promotion can be used to get up to 5 free samples. Price matching is not applicable on previous orders. One one order can be made per person.

For a limited time, we are offering 20% off selected wallpaper, paint, curtains, blinds and murals. The discount has been automatically applied and can be viewed on qualifying product pages. This promotion does not apply to wallpaper samples and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotion codes are not valid during this promotional period. Price matching is not applicable on previous orders. This offer is valid until 1 June 2025 at 11:00pm.

By entering the giveaway, you agree to subscribe to both William Morris At Home and No Two Houses newsletters. Your data will be shared with both brands in accordance with their privacy policies.

Entrants must be residents in the United Kingdom, and 18+ years of age. Except for employees and their families of No Two Houses, the suppliers of the prizes and any affiliate associated with the competition.

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
